Whether you call it "spaghetto alla Nerano" or "spaghetto with courgettes", it is well known that this famous dish is the spaghetto invented by Donna Rosa (the grandmother) back in 1952 at our restaurant, thanks to her friendship with the Prince Pupetto di Sirignano. Despite various attempts to imitate it, the recipe remains jealously guarded and is passed down from generation to generation.

This restaurant is not only a synonym for spaghetti alla Nerano, but even for first courses with seafood, fried fish, mussel salads and everything could delight your palate.
